When will I receive my credentials for the new Member Portal?
Member migration will be done in phases, you will receive your Member Portal credentials after you have been migrated to the new platform, no later than the end of June 2025.

What if I am unable to log in or need urgent information not available on the portal?
Please call Member Support at 855-699-1274 and they will be able to assist you.

How do I reset my password?
After logging in once, Microsoft will store your email address. Please do not register another Microsoft account as this will confuse the system. Click on “Forgot your Password?” and follow the prompts.

What resources are accessible in the Member Portal?
Members can access a copy of their Program details, electronic ID card, the provider locator tool, Clever Health (Virtual Urgent Care), Program Guidelines, and important Member forms.

How can I view my Program Details?
Log into your Member Portal, click on the “Program Details” tab, and you will find your Program Details.

How can I update my contact information?

How can I upgrade or downgrade my current Program?
Members can request to upgrade or downgrade their current Program by filling out the Program Change Form found here on our website. Program Change Forms are reviewed to determine

How do I view my Member ID Card?
Log into your Member Portal, the home page will display “Quick Links”. Click on, “My ID Card” and your electronic ID Card will download to your desktop.

How do I view my Membership Guidelines?
Log into your Member Portal, click on the “Documents” tab at the top of your portal and click on, “My Guidelines”. The Member Guidelines will download to your desktop.

How do I access my Dental, Vision, and Entertainment Discounts?
Members can register at https://wellcardsavings.com/newusers.aspx or https://www.wellcardsavings.com, by clicking “Register Now” in the top right-hand corner using their WellCard Group ID:

AK, MA, MT, and WA Members Use Group ID: OSH to access WellCard Savings.

All other states use Group ID: ONESHARE to access WellCard Savings.

All Members will enter their OneShare Health Member ID found on their ID Card when prompted for WellCard Member ID.

How do I access Virtual Urgent Care (Telemedicine) through Clever Health?
Members can download the Clever Health App by scanning the QR code using the camera on their mobile phone.

Can I submit a share request for reimbursement?
Yes, you may fill out and submit an Expense Sharing Form (Available in the Member Resources Hub), and fax, email or mail your completed form (CMS HCFA 1500 and/or UB-04 form, this standardized form can be obtained from your provider) to OneShare Health.

Where can I search for a Provider?
By logging into your Member Portal, the home page displays “Quick Links.” Click on, “Find a Provider” and you will be re-directed to the First Health Network Provider Search.
Our Members have access to an easy-to-use Provider locator tool from First Health to find network Providers. Members are not required to use a network Provider, but you could end up with additional sharing responsibility if you choose an out-of-network Provider.
To search for a Provider, go to mychoice.onesharehealth.com. If you need any help finding a Provider, contact OneShare Health Member Support at (855) 699-1274.

Which tools and features does the OSHXpress Producer Portal offer?
The OSHXpress Producer Portal provides many different features, such as:
- Ability to Quote & Enroll
- Commission, Downline, and Member Reports
- Onboarding New Producers
- Access to OneShare Health Sales Materials

What reports are available within the OSHXpress Producer Portal?
- Quotes & Enrollments: Run quotes, search saved quotes and enroll Members.
- Downlines: Provides details about Producers in your downline, including their Producer ID, email, contract level, contact information, and contract status.
- Members: View your Member’s program, contact information, and their status.
- Member Payments: View your Member’s monthly payment amounts.
- Declined Member Payments: Track your Member’s declined payments.
- Commissions: View, sort, and export your commission payments.

Can I email quotes from my portal, and do they expire?
Yes, click on start a new quote, select up to 3 quotes to compare, enter in the prospects name, email address, and click on “Email this Quote”. The quote will be sent directly to the prospect with your name, email, Member self-enroll link, and brochures. The quote expires in 30 days.

What are the signature options for signing the Member Agreement?
The Member can sign their Member Agreement via Text or Email.

Can I track the status of Member enrollments in progress?
Yes, on the home page of OSHXpress, you will see a list of prospects you have quoted and began to enroll. There is a column named “Enrollment Progress”. Here you will see a progress bar of where the prospect is at in the enrollment process. Once the prospect is enrolled as a Member, they will fall off the home page and be added to the “All Members” Report.

What does the onboarding process look like in OSHXpress?
Step 1: Fill out and submit Contract
Once a Producer receives their onboarding link, they’ll complete a form with their information to pre-populate their contract and required documents based on their commission level. OSHXpress will then redirect them to Sign-Now to sign and submit their contract.Step 2: Training
Once their Contract is submitted, they will receive an email from
no-reply@verify.onesharehealth.com with the Producer Portal credentials to start and complete their training.Step 3: Final Review and Approval Process
After their training is complete, the Contracting Department will conduct a background check and final review. Once approved and activated, the Producer will receive a welcome email and gain access to their reports and enrollment links. -
How can I send a contracting link to onboard a downline producer?
If you have been approved to onboard Producers in your downline, you will see the tab named “Onboarding Links” at the top of your producer portal. Here you will find onboarding links by commission level. You can copy and paste the link into an email or click on the link and enter the producer’s email address that you wish to get contracted. If you enter the producer’s email address, the producer will receive an email to confirm their email address and proceed with completing their onboarding documents.

Can I see the contracting progress of my downline producers?
Yes, you can see what stage the Producer is in during the contracting process, their status, and commission level. The Producer’s status will be captured once their contract has been submitted to OneShare.

How long does it take for a producer to become an Active Producer with OneShare Health?
The onboarding process is self-paced. Producers may become active within 24-48 hours based on when they finish, all steps included, within the onboarding process.
